What if I can’t attend the virtual event as scheduled November 5 -6, 2020?
As long as you are registered prior to November 4, 2020, access to the virtual event, including CME, will remain available until March 6, 2021.
Will this conference provide CME/CEs?
Yes, the conference will offer ~15 hours of CME/CEs for multiple disciplines.
Will this conference meet the WV Licensure Boards legislative mandated 3-hour CME for Best Practices & Proper Prescribing?
Yes, the virtual conference has been approved for the 3-hour mandated CME; however, as result of the statute, the attendee must complete these 4-sessions which covers all the objectives of the statute in order to receive the 3-hour mandated CME:
Do I need to register?
Yes, you need to register for the event to be able to access the speaker sessions and visit exhibitor booths and obtain the CME/CE available.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, the attendee registration fee is $110. Exhibitor fees are based on the type of sponsorship level chosen, please review the exhibitor page for more information on the different packages of sponsor levels.
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the internet.
How does a virtual event work?
Using the credential’s you created while registering which is your login id (this is the mail id you entered) & password, you can login to the live virtual event November 5 – 6, 2020; and anytime up to March 6, 2021 . Once logged in you will be taken to the virtual lobby where you will see the ‘auditorium’ for speaker sessions and the ‘exhibit hall’ to visit exhibitors.
Do the Exhibitors need to create a ‘booth’ or ‘virtual site’?
